From EDSA Cubao, Quezon City:
There are several bus companies (Five Star, Dagupan Express, Solid North, Victory Liner) along EDSA Cubao that ply the Northern Luzon route, but the buses that stop at the Dau Bus Terminal are those going to Pangasinan, Tarlac, and Baguio. Tell the conductor that you will be getting off at Dau. The bus fare from Cubao to Dau as of 2020 is P155. Travel takes 1-2 hours.
From Taft, Pasay:
A number of bus companies along EDSA Taft in Pasay (Philtranco, Five Star, Genesis) go to Pangasinan and Baguio. Take the MRT or LRT 1 and get off at Taft Station before proceeding to EDSA. Fare from Pasay to Dau is P165 as of 2020. Travel time takes 1-2.5 hours, depending on traffic in EDSA.
From Avenida, Manila:
Take the LRT 1 and get off at Doroteo Jose Station. From there, walk to bus stations below the station itself, notably Genesis and Dagupan Express. Walk a bit more going to Recto Avenue to get to Philippine Rabbit, which goes to Tarlac. Fare from Avenida going to Dau Bus Teminal is P145-155 as of 2020. Traffic in the inner roads of Manila is heavy so travel time takes 2-3 hours.
From Balintawak, Quezon City:
Take the LRT 1 and get off at Balintawak Station. From the station, walk a few meters going to the Five Star bus terminal and take a bus going to Pangasinan or Tarlac. Note, though, that many of Five Star's buses stop at Marquee Mall in Angeles City instead of the usual Dau. If you decide to take on, there are jeepney in Marquee Mall that will take you to Dau Bus Terminal. Bus fare from Balintawak to Dau is P141, while the fare from Balintawak to Marquee Mall is P135. The fare for the jeepney from Marquee Mall to Dau Bus Terminal is P15.
